Fit Revolution Hosts Inferno Hot Pilates Master Class with Founder Gabi Walters

Fit Revolution is thrilled to announce that on April 30th, fitness enthusiasts were treated to an exclusive Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) Master Class led by founder Gabi Walters. This special event was a milestone for Fit Revolution and a unique opportunity for members to experience the pioneering workout from its creator.

IHP is a revolutionary workout that merges the core-strengthening principles of Pilates with the calorie-burning intensity of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). The class is performed in a heated room set to 95 degrees Fahrenheit with 40 percent humidity, creating an environment that amplifies the benefits of the workout. This method enhances calorie burn, promotes detoxification through sweating, and helps improve cardiovascular health.

Gabi Walters, a fitness visionary, developed IHP to provide a full-body workout that strengthens muscles, increases flexibility, and improves overall health. Her approach emphasizes low-impact exercises that protect the joints and muscles, making it an ideal choice for individuals of all fitness levels.

“We are incredibly honored to have Gabi Walters at FitRev,” said Michelle O’Connor, owner of Fit Revolution. “Her innovative approach to fitness and dedication to improving overall health align perfectly with our mission. Our members were thrilled to learn from her and experience the transformative power of Inferno Hot Pilates firsthand.”

Participants in the master class were guided through a series of exercises designed to challenge their strength and endurance while maintaining the core principles of Pilates. The heated and humid environment intensified the workout, ensuring that everyone left feeling invigorated and accomplished.

Located at 55 Concord Street, North Reading, Fit Revolution offers over 40 weekly classes, including boot camp, boxing, cycling/spinning, Inferno Hot Pilates, strength training, treadmill classes (running/walking), yoga, and more. Learn more at: www.fit-rev.com
