Get Ready to Do the Hustle
We’re excited to announce the 3rd annual
Fit Revolution Hornet Hustle 5K
Sunday May 22nd
Kids’ Fun Run: 8:00 AM
5K Race: 9:00 AM
This year we have a few exciting changes:
- New Race Route: Not down with running uphill? No sweat. This year we’re introducing a flatter, yet still challenging, course.
- Kids’ Fun Run: We want to get kids of all ages involved, so we’re introducing a shorter race for runners ages 10 and below.
Not only is this a fun community event, it’s also a terrific fundraiser for the North Reading Public Schools’ Physical Education departments. Since bringing back the race two years ago, Fit Revolution has raised over $6,300 for the North Reading High School, Middle School, and three elementary schools. How amazing is this community? Both family and friends come together whether you participate as a runner, volunteer or sponsor. Let’s hope we have some better weather for this year’s race, but we’ll have fun rain or shine. Now who’s ready to do the hustle?
