APRIL MEMBER OF THE MONTH – VALERIE BENNETT!

Congrats to Valerie for being named FitRev’s April Member of the Month in Lynnfield!  We remember meeting you a year ago and everything was so new to all of us, and you were so quiet. A year later you have grown into an amazing leader at FitRev! We are so proud of you for stepping outside your comfort zone and motivating all of us to take that step with you. You are so incredibly sweet, kind and can’t imagine FitRev without you!

What do you want to be when you grow up?

Honestly a marine mammal trainer.  Dolphins and whales fascinate me.

Which superpower would you like to have?  

I would love to be invisible!  

What are you known for?

Always willing to help others

If you could live anywhere for one year where would you live?

Aruba without a question. Best place on earth!

What were you like in high school?

I was a cheerleader in High School and loved being part a wonderful group of girls.  If I wasn’t a cheerleader I may have not met my husband. I cheered for him when we were seniors, he played basketball and we have been together ever since.

What’s the one thing about you that surprises people?

I have only had 3 jobs my entire life (really 2 since the 2nd lead me into my current position)

If I had one more hour in the day, I would…

Spend it with my daughter Gabriella, she is growing up way too fast for me.  I am cherishing every moment. She is 13 going on 21.

Any mantra you repeat during an especially grueling workout?

Just one more minute you can do this…..

What’s your favorite FitRev memory?

The confidence in myself to move to the front row of the spin room and I thank Heidi for pushing me to do it!  

Why FitRev?

Needed to increase/change my workouts.  I walked by the Lynnfield location numerous of times before they opened and kept saying to myself I am going to join.  You opened and I joined and it’s been life changing for me mentally and physically. I love the studio, love the instructors and love what FITREV represents.
