Lisa Zucchero has been involved in the health and fitness industry for 19 years. Exercise and playing sports has always been a passion of hers. She grew up playing a variety of sports including college softball. Shortly after graduating, Lisa spent the next few years competing in figure competitions and loved training with a goal in mind. After having two children, she decided to switch gears and get back into sports and other activities. Lisa enjoys motivating others and helping them create healthy lifestyle habits in addition to finding ways to keep them interested and coming back for more! She loves to mix up workouts and have fun while pushing clients to their max. She enjoys one on one or small group training as well as teaching classes such as HIIT, Tabata, Bootcamp, TRX, and Pilates.
Lisa received her BS in Exercise Science from Bridgewater State college and is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
