Jill is a certified group fitness instructor and self proclaimed fitness buff. She has been active in sports and running since childhood and began creating workouts for herself and friends in college. It wasn’t until Jill decided a career change was in order that she pursued fitness as a new employment avenue, and she hasn’t looked back! She enjoys creating new workout combinations and class formats and takes pride in ensuring a full body workout. Jill also has 16 years experience as an Occupational Therapist in the rehabilitation setting working primarily with adults and older adults. This has given her the skill set to modify exercises to accommodate all levels and abilities to ensure each client is safe and making the most out of their workout.
