    Julie Brady has been passionate about athletics, fitness and helping people her entire life. Julie’s enthusiasm is contagious and her positive attitude will challenge you to achieve more than you ever thought possible. As a former full-scholarship volleyball player, avid runner, triathlete, and guidance counselor, Julie has the unique ability to combine intensity in a fun-loving, safe environment. Although Julie is new to fitness instruction and recently became a certified Insanity Instructor, she is extremely experienced with leading teams and helping people aspire to greatness. Julie is married with three children, and is a top fundraiser for the March of Dimes Boston Chapter. Julie warmly invites everyone to “making you” a priority in a fun and rewarding environment!
