FitRev is excited to announce November’s Member of the month, beautiful Lynne Johnston! Lynne has been with FitRev for four years and we are so grateful for all that she brings to our fitness family. Her success is amazing and her passion for being healthy is something we should all strive for!

Lynne has consistently been reaching for her fitness goals and continues to improve her health with all of her hard work and determination. You’ll never see Lynne at FitRev without a smile on her face, and it really is contagious. Ask anyone in our community and they will tell you how sweet and thoughtful she is!

Did I mention Lynne found love at FitRev?! Lynne married the one and only Wilston a few years ago. Together they strive to stay healthy and are 100{92744473441628ad373e5594fb1f7300da9eccde7b9b005da5899a2b1d424281} dedicated to their weekly meal prep. Their love is not only in the kitchen, but also outdoor cycling!lynnebike

Get to know Lynne better by reading her Q&A’s below:

First thing’s first…TELL US ABOUT THOSE BEAUTIFUL ARMS!  What’s your secret and how do we get them?  Push ups! Lots of them!  100 almost every morning

When you’re not at FR or at work, where can we find you? With my adorable granddaughter, Olivia!

What’s your favorite post-workout snack/meal? Protein shake and banana

Who or what keeps you motivated?  My children.  Losing their Dad at the age of 49 was so difficult; I just want to be as healthy as I can for them and for myself.

Any mantra you repeat during an especially grueling workout?  Be stronger

Who has inspired you in your life and why?  My Mom who passed away in 2015.  She did amazing job raising 6 children and was a loving, caring and fun “Nan” to her 9 grandchildren.

If you could have witnessed one event in person, what would you want to have seen?  When my Mom met my Dad when they were both in the Marines.

What is your biggest pet peeve?  Dishonesty

If you had a warning label on you, what would it say?  Don’t underestimate her

Starbucks or Dunkin? Starbucks – have to have the dark roast coffee

What’s one thing you will never do again?  Lose sight of the importance of being a good role model for your children

If I had one more hour in the day, I would…  take up yoga

What’s one thing about you someone wouldn’t know unless they really knew you? I have never been athletic

If you could design your very own work out what would it include?  Lots of abs and core work, push-ups, deadlifts, squats, lunges, lots of stretching

What’s your favorite memory at FitRev? Meeting Wilston, of course!

Could you share with us a favorite meal or recipe that we could share with the rest of the FitRev community?  My “go-to” lunch – grilled salmon, brown rice, asparagus, and spinach with “Wickles” hot pepper relish

We LOVE you Lynne! Thank you for being an inspiration to all of us at FitRev! Let’s all start our day with 100 push-ups – who’s with me?!
