Leading the charge is Rachel Thomson, one of FitRev’s newest instructors bringing serious grit and team spirit to the Tread Room. A former three-sport athlete from Reading and Division I field hockey player at UNH, Rachel combines her athletic background with deep knowledge of kinesiology and coaching. She’s a certified NASM personal trainer who brings contagious energy and a coach’s mindset to every class. Now living in North Andover and working in Athletic Operations at 3STEP Sports, Rachel knows the power of consistency, hard work, and community.
She’s here to help you push your limits — safely, effectively, and in a supportive environment.
