Lisa Comeau has been an instructor and personal trainer since 1991. She teaches a variety of classes including Spinning, Bootcamp, TRX Suspension Training, High Intensity Interval Training, Muscle Conditioning, Tabata, and Core Conditioning. Lisa is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and Certified Group Fitness Instructor through AFAA. Plus, she is qualified in CPR/AED.
