Toni Cannalonga’s love for all things sports and physical fitness dates back to her childhood. She played soccer her entire life and one of her biggest accomplishments was receiving an athletic scholarship to play at Bentley University where she graduated with a BS in Finance. She is a certified Group Fitness Instructor as well as a Certified Personal Trainer through ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine.) Because she is passionate (or obsessed is more like it!) with Cardio Kickboxing – she is certified in Body Combat through Les Mills as well as Turbo Kick. She is recently coming back from a short hiatus after having her 4th child and really understands how difficult it is to shed that pregnancy weight- but with the right resources (at Fit-Rev of course!) and hard work- it can be done! She is an extremely creative trainer and instructor and her classes will leave you challenged, energized and feeling empowered! She enjoys teaching cardio kickboxing, tabata, boot camp, step, muscle and core conditioning. After being trained at a mixed martial arts dojo, Toni also specializes in training her clients with private boxing sessions! She truly cares about each and every member and is committed to helping you reach your health and fitness goals.
