Returning to the Fit Revolution team, Nichole Simbeck brings with her enthusiasm, energy, and whole health awareness. A 2008 graduate of Wilmington High School and a 2012 graduate of Salem State University, Nichole is now putting her business degree to great use in her new career as a Facilities Coordinator. But when she’s not working in the office, Nichole is either working out in the gym, lifting weights, teaching a fitness class, or furthering her own knowledge of health and nutrition and finding new and creative ways to implement such.
“In this day and age when so many young women and men are at a disadvantage with food choice in our society, and with careers and lifestyles more sedentary than ever, it is my goal to bring whole health awareness to my peers. I want to motivate people. Teaching FitCross at Fit Revolution allows me to reach out to the community and prove that breaking a sweat does not have to be daunting. I will push you as far as you want to go… just the way Fit Revolution owner, Michelle O’Connor, pushes me and in doing so, has won me over to instructing.”
Nichole is an effective leader both in and outside of the gym. Her style of teaching is high energy and highly motivating. Nichole loves working with all fitness levels and no doubt you’ll feel amazing after one of her classes.
