    Kasie grew up in Andover and moved to Reading in 2000. As a former gymnast and diver, training and working out have always been a part of her life. After having 3 babies, Kasie was ready for an outlet to channel her own energy and inner athlete again. She was introduced to barre fitness when it first began appearing on the fitness scene, and she knew it was right up her alley. She became certified and fell in love with the fierce yet feminine workout: it was truly a perfect fit.

    Kasie has been teaching barre for more than 10 years, and is also trained in and teaches, tabata. She brings a mix of these 2 styles to Fit-Rev. Tabata Barre will combine the lengthening and toning of a barre class with the cardio and strength of a tabata workout. Upbeat and quick moving, Kasie’s classes are filled with positivity, motivation and a contagious energy that almost makes you forget you’re working out!
