    Jennifer has been teaching fitness classes for 2.5+ years. After the birth of her 3rd child, she went on a quest to better health. In her journey to lose the baby weight, she fell in love with group fitness which inspired her to become certified to teach. She enjoys a variety of workouts. Some of her favorites include: Spin, Barre and Muscle Conditioning.

    Jennifer holds certifications for both AFAA Primary Group Fitness and Mad Dogg Spinning. She also sits on the BOD for her local running club, Sole Sisters, and just ran her first marathon (Chicago) this past fall.
    When she’s not in the gym or running the streets of Wilmington, Jen manages her own Human Resource consultancy and spends as much time as possible with her husband Mark and 3 beautiful daughters (Kailynn, Avery & Mallory).
