Erin McDonaldInstructor

    Erin is a lifelong athlete with extensive sports training. Erin has enthusiastically been a part of the fitness industry for the past 10 years and has actively shared her love for fitness with others. Erin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts in 2001, where she also competed at the collegiate level as a three sport athlete. Erin has competed as an elite marathoner, running four consecutive Boston Marathons. With experience in weight training, endurance training, core and satiability training Erin has found success with many clients. Erin is CPR/AED certified and a Blue Belt in Kenpo Karate. Erin approaches every class she teaches with excitement and thoughtful planning. Her teaching style is highly motivating and energetic and is constantly motivated by her students/clients daily.
