When/how did you fall in love with Barre?
I was searching for a workout that felt right for my body. One that was right for where I was in my life and in my fitness journey. Kelly Ripa was raving about the new workout trend BARRE on her talk show before it even hit the fitness scene here.  After some research, I found an amazing woman in NC who was teaching a method called Core Barre. I flew down and trained with her, and absolutely fell in love with the workout. It brought back a lot of my gymnastics training and my body instantly took to it. I knew that I believed in it; it’s a fierce yet feminine workout with a powerful mind/body connection. Results come to those who give it time and trust, and nothing gives me more joy than seeing clients progress week after week.

What song instantly puts you in a good mood?
TOES by Zac Brown. It’s about being at the beach, and for me, there’s no better place in the world. But really, any Zac Brown song puts me in a good mood.

Describe yourself in three words:
Passionate, disciplined and happy.

Post-workout go-to food
Bagel with peanut butter. A quick and efficient mix of carbohydrates and protein.

First FitRev experience?
I’ll never forget walking into my first class! I was more than a little nervous teaching to so many brand new faces in a room I wasn’t used to. But none of it mattered. As soon as the music started we all connected. Our energy fused into something amazing. There is such a supportive community at Fit Rev and everyone shares the same goals – come in, kick butt, repeat- with friends by your side cheering you on.

What is your FitRev Mantra?
I often say “DIG DEEP” when we are on our last set or are getting tired. To me, DIG DEEP means finding your inner strength when you are physically depleted. I believe there is something inside of each one of us that is greater than any obstacle…and in that room we are finding it together.
